Keto Eggs

Keto Scrambled eggs – 237 calories: Carbs 3.1g – Fat 17.1g – Protein 17.9g

-2 fresh organic eggs

-1 handful of spinach

-1 oz goat feta cheese

-spices to taste

Mix eggs and spinach in a bowl, add in spices.  Use a cast iron pan set on low heat.  Transfer egg mix into pan, let cook while stirring.  Add in feta cheese and turn off heat.  Cook for 30 second until egg no longer runny.  Enjoy!
